The people you see within the Dating Module are other Lovelane VIP users, and Lovelane VIP cannot guarantee the accuracy, identity, or intentions of any user.
You are solely responsible for your personal safety during online and offline interactions.
You will follow Lovelane's Dating Safety Tips, Community Guidelines, and Terms of Use.

2. CONSENT — MATCHMAKING MODULE

(Algorithm-based compatible match suggestions)

By proceeding, you confirm that:

You agree to share your preferences (age range, country, interests, relationship type) so Lovelane's algorithm can generate compatible matches.
All matchmaking suggestions are automated. No human team member manually selects or reviews your information.
The accuracy or compatibility of matches is not guaranteed; you are responsible for evaluating profiles and interactions.
You consent to receiving match notifications and match-related updates.
You will not misuse the feature to harass, threaten, discriminate, or deceive others.
You understand that Lovelane VIP may review suspicious activity for the purpose of fraud prevention and user safety.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not continue.

3. CONSENT — AI COACH (AI Coach)

(Guidance on confidence, communication, boundaries, etiquette, emotional understanding)

By continuing, you agree and acknowledge that:

The AI Coach asks structured questions and uses your responses to generate personalized educational guidance.
The AI Coach provides general informational and self-improvement guidance only, not psychological, medical, or crisis support.
You must not share sensitive, explicit, private, medical, financial, or crisis-related information in your responses.
AI-generated guidance may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete; you should use your own judgment when applying it.
If you are experiencing emotional distress or a personal emergency, you should immediately contact local emergency services or professional help resources (listed in our Safety Center).
Your responses may be processed by secure automated systems to deliver the feature's functionality.

4. CONSENT — ONLINE GIFT MARKETPLACE

(Global physical gift ordering via third-party provider)

By using the Marketplace, you agree that:

You consent to providing accurate recipient details (name, address, phone number) for the purpose of order fulfillment.
Your delivery information will be securely shared with our third-party fulfillment partner for processing and delivering your order.
Payments are handled exclusively by Stripe, and Lovelane VIP does not store your card details.
Delivery timelines, availability, and restrictions depend on third-party partners and regional regulations.
You will not misuse the Marketplace to harass, intimidate, threaten, or disturb any individual through unwanted gifts or messages.
You agree to review the delivery policy and supported delivery locations before placing an order.

If you do not agree, you must not continue with the Marketplace feature.

5. OPTIONAL MASTER CONSENT (All Modules Combined)

By continuing to use Lovelane, you consent to the processing of your information for the purpose of delivering personalized experiences across Dating, Matchmaking, AI Education, and Online Gift Marketplace services. You understand that each feature has its own policies, safety rules, and risks, and you agree to use these features responsibly and in accordance with Lovelane's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety Standards.

You also acknowledge that your data may be processed by secure automated systems to enable matching, recommendations, AI learning, safety moderation, and order fulfillment.
