No hate speech or discrimination based on gender, sexuality, appearance, religion, nationality, disability, or any protected attribute.

No Explicit or Sexual Content

Lovelane VIP is a respectful platform. Sexual, pornographic, or graphic content is strictly prohibited.

Protect Privacy

Do not share your or others' personal, financial, or sensitive information within the app.

Follow Age Requirements

All Lovelane VIP relationship-based features are strictly 18+.

2. Dating Module Community Guidelines

(Swipe, Groups, Preferences, Profile, Mutual Matching & Messaging)

Lovelane VIP's Dating Module is designed to help people make safe, meaningful connections. To keep the environment positive:

2.1 Profile Guidelines

Your profile must:

• Use your real photos
• Include accurate information
• Avoid nudity, sexual content, or violent imagery
• Be free of copyrighted content you do not own

Fake, misleading, edited, or highly altered photos are not allowed.

You must not:

• Rapid-swipe using automation or bots
• Create multiple accounts
• Manipulate matching through deceptive behavior

Matches are not guaranteed.

2.3 Messaging Guidelines

Once a match is formed:

Allowed:

• Respectful conversation
• Genuine interest
• Healthy communication

NOT Allowed:

• Harassment or threats
• Sexual comments or requests
• Hate speech
• Manipulation or emotional abuse
• Sharing financial or sensitive information
• Pressuring users to meet offline

If you feel uncomfortable, use Report or Block tools.

2.4 Group Feature Guidelines

• Join groups relevant to your interests
• Respect other group members
• No promotions, spam, or selling products
• No sexual or inappropriate content
• Messaging is not allowed unless there is a mutual match

Groups are for discovery, not for solicitation.

3. Matchmaking Module Community Guidelines (Algorithmic Matchmaking)

Lovelane VIP's Matchmaking provides personalized match suggestions based on your preferences.

To maintain fairness and safety:

• Country preferences

False information distorts match results and harms user trust.

3.2 Responsible Usage

You may NOT:

• Attempt to manipulate match suggestions
• Submit sensitive or inappropriate personal data
• Harass or pressure individuals matched to you
• Misuse the system to target or discriminate against users

Matchmaking is meant for genuine, respectful connections.

3.3 Understanding Algorithmic Limits

• Matches are generated automatically
• Compatibility is not guaranteed
• Lovelane VIP does not manually select or arrange matches

User responsibility & safety always come first.

4. AI Coach Community Guidelines

The AI Coach offers guidance on confidence, communication, boundaries, etiquette, emotional control, and relationship understanding. It asks questions that you answer to improve personalization.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, please seek immediate help from local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.

To ensure appropriate and meaningful use:

4.1 Appropriate Use

Use the AI for:

• Learning communication skills
• Understanding healthier emotional behavior
• Improving personal confidence
• Relationship awareness

Do NOT use the AI for:

• Medical, psychological, or crisis advice
• Harmful intentions
• Manipulation strategies
• Explicit or inappropriate conversation

4.2 Respect the AI Boundaries

The AI:

• Does NOT provide therapy or diagnosis
• Does NOT handle emergencies
• May decline unsafe or prohibited topics

Users must avoid sharing:

• Medical or mental health details
• Financial information
• Sexual content
• Religious or political details

4.3 Safe & Positive Engagement

The purpose of the AI Coach is personal growth.

Using it for harassment, negativity, or harmful requests is not allowed.

5. Online Gift Marketplace Community Guidelines

The Marketplace enables global ordering and delivery of physical gift items using a third-party provider.

To maintain a safe and smooth experience:

5.1 Accurate Information

You must provide:

• Correct recipient details (name, phone, address)
• Valid payment information
• True identification when required

Incorrect details may result in failed deliveries.

5.2 Allowed Usage

You may use the Marketplace to:

• Send gifts to someone you care about
• Celebrate special occasions
• Purchase items for personal use

5.3 Not Allowed

• Fraudulent or unauthorized payments
• Using the feature to harass, stalk, or threaten someone
• Sending inappropriate messages in delivery notes
• Attempting to bypass Stripe's secure payment system

5.4 Respect Delivery Terms

Delivery depends on:

• Third-party partner availability
• Country restrictions
• Local regulations

Users must review and comply with delivery locations and policies.

6. Safety, Reporting & Enforcement

Your safety is extremely important to us.

Lovelane VIP provides:

• Block User
• Unmatch
• Account Deletion
• Automated moderation filters
• KYC identity verification

We investigate all serious reports.

Violations may lead to:

• Content removal
• Temporary suspensions
• Permanent account bans
• Marketplace access restrictions

Users may contact support to appeal enforcement actions. Appeals are reviewed at Lovelane VIP's discretion.

Lovelane VIP may cooperate with law enforcement when required by law in cases involving serious safety threats or illegal activity.

We may remove dangerous users without warning.

7. Prohibited Behaviors Across All Modules

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Scams, fraud, or financial exploitation
• Use of bots, automation, or scraping

• Misusing the AI Coach for harmful content
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Impersonating any individual, public figure, or falsely representing your identity is strictly prohibited.

Protection of Minors

Lovelane VIP strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or accounts involving individuals under the age of 18.

This includes:

• Profiles representing minors
• Images, messages, or references involving minors in a sexualized, exploitative, or inappropriate manner

Any such violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Your actions on the platform
• Your communications with others
• Ensuring your behavior aligns with these guidelines
• Reporting harmful users when needed
• Keeping yourself safe during interactions
