Creating a respectful, safe, and meaningful environment for users is the highest priority on Lovelane VIP. These Community Guidelines apply to all features, including the Dating Module, Matchmaking System, AI Coach, and Online Gift Marketplace.
By using Lovelane VIP, you agree to follow these guidelines at all times. Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or permanent account removal.
1. General Community Rules
Be Respectful
Treat everyone with kindness. Disrespect, harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior is not tolerated anywhere in the app.
Be Honest
Use real information, photos, and intentions. Misrepresentation or fake profiles create safety risks and damage trust.
No Harmful or Illegal Behaviour
You may not use Lovelane VIP for illegal, dangerous, exploitative, or harmful activities of any kind.
No Discrimination
Hate speech or discrimination based on gender, sexuality, appearance, religion, nationality, disability, or any protected attribute is strictly prohibited.
No Explicit or Sexual Content
Lovelane VIP is a respectful platform; sexual, pornographic, or graphic content is not allowed in profiles, messages, or media.
Protect Privacy
Do not share your own or others’ personal, financial, or sensitive information within the app, including addresses, banking details, or identity documents.
Follow Age Requirements
All relationship‑based features of Lovelane VIP are strictly 18+, and minors are not permitted to use these modules.
2. Dating Module Community Guidelines
The Dating Module (swipes, groups, preferences, profiles, mutual matching, and messaging) is designed for safe, meaningful connections and must be used responsibly.
2.1 Profile Guidelines
Your profile must:
- Use your real photos
- Include accurate information
- Avoid nudity, sexual content, or violent imagery
- Be free of copyrighted content you do not own
Fake, misleading, heavily edited, or highly altered photos are not allowed.
2.2 Swipe & Match Behaviour
You must not:
- Rapid‑swipe using automation, scripts, or bots
- Create multiple or duplicate accounts
- Manipulate matching through deceptive behaviour
Matches are suggested but never guaranteed.
2.3 Messaging Guidelines
Once a match is formed, the following are expected:
Allowed:
- Respectful conversation
- Genuine interest
- Healthy, balanced communication
Not allowed:
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation
- Sexual comments, demands, or explicit requests
- Hate speech or abusive language
- Manipulation or emotional abuse
- Sharing financial or highly sensitive information
- Pressuring users to meet offline
If you feel uncomfortable, use the Report or Block tools.
2.4 Group Feature Guidelines
- Join groups that match your real interests
- Respect all group members and discussions
- Do not post promotions, spam, or advertisements
- Avoid sexual, explicit, or inappropriate content
- Understand that messaging is not allowed unless there is a mutual match
Groups exist for discovery, not for solicitation or spam.
3. Matchmaking Module Community Guidelines
The Matchmaking system provides algorithmic suggestions based on your preferences and must be used fairly and respectfully.
3.1 Honest & Accurate Preferences
Provide truthful information for:
- Age preferences
- Country preferences
- Relationship intentions
- Personality and interest inputs
False information distorts match results and erodes user trust.
3.2 Responsible Usage
You may not:
- Manipulate or game match suggestions
- Submit sensitive, illegal, or inappropriate personal data
- Harass or pressure people matched to you
- Misuse the system to target or discriminate against users
Matchmaking is meant only for genuine, respectful connections.
3.3 Understanding Algorithmic Limits
- Matches are generated automatically by an algorithm
- Compatibility and success are not guaranteed
- Lovelane VIP does not manually select or arrange matches
User responsibility and safety always come first.
4. AI Coach Community Guidelines
The AI Coach supports confidence, communication, boundaries, etiquette, emotional control, and relationship understanding using question‑and‑answer style guidance.
4.1 Appropriate Use
Use the AI Coach for:
- Learning better communication skills
- Understanding healthier emotional behaviour
- Improving personal confidence and self‑awareness
- Developing relationship awareness and boundaries
Do not use the AI Coach for medical, psychological, or crisis advice, harmful intentions, manipulation strategies, or explicit conversations.
4.2 Respect the AI Boundaries
The AI Coach:
- Does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical care
- Does not handle emergencies or crisis intervention
- May decline unsafe or prohibited topics
Users must avoid sharing medical or mental‑health details, financial information, sexual content, or sensitive religious or political details.
4.3 Safe & Positive Engagement
The AI Coach is intended for personal growth, and using it for harassment, negativity, or harmful requests is not allowed.
5. Online Gift Marketplace Community Guidelines
The Marketplace enables global ordering and delivery of physical gift items through a third‑party partner, and must be used responsibly.
5.1 Accurate Information
You must provide:
- Correct recipient details (name, phone number, address)
- Valid payment information
- True identification when required
Incorrect details may result in failed or delayed deliveries.
5.2 Allowed Usage
You may use the Marketplace to:
- Send gifts to people you care about
- Celebrate occasions and milestones
- Purchase items for personal use
5.3 Not Allowed
It is prohibited to:
- Make fraudulent or unauthorized payments
- Use deliveries to harass, stalk, or threaten someone
- Include inappropriate, abusive, or threatening delivery notes
- Attempt to bypass Stripe’s secure payment system
5.4 Respect Delivery Terms
Delivery depends on third‑party partner availability, country restrictions, and local regulations; users must review and comply with delivery locations and policies.
6. Safety, Reporting & Enforcement
Your safety is extremely important to Lovelane VIP, which provides tools such as Report User, Block User, Unmatch, Account Deletion, automated moderation filters, and KYC identity verification.
Violations may lead to content removal, temporary suspensions, permanent account bans, or Marketplace access restrictions, and dangerous users may be removed without warning.
7. Prohibited Behaviours Across All Modules
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, or threats
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Sharing private information of others without consent
- Encouraging violence, self‑harm, or harm to others
- Fake profiles, identity theft, or impersonation
- Scams, fraud, or financial exploitation
- Use of bots, automation, or scraping tools
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Hate speech or discriminatory behaviour
- Manipulating or deceiving other users
- Misusing the AI Coach for harmful or explicit content
- Violating intellectual property rights
8. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your actions on the platform, your communications with others, and ensuring your behavior aligns with these guidelines while using available tools to keep yourself safe.
9. When to Contact Support
Contact support@lovelane.vip if you feel threatened or unsafe, someone violates the guidelines, a Marketplace order fails or is incorrect, you experience harassment, or encounter a technical issue.
10. Updates to These Guidelines
These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to improve safety or comply with legal requirements; continuing to use the app after an update signifies acceptance of the revised guidelines.
