LOVELANE VIP – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Lovelane VIP (“Lovelane”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the Lovelane VIP mobile application (“App”), including all features, modules, content, and services offered within the App.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App or any of its modules, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Safety & Policy, Community Guidelines, Consent and any additional notices displayed within the App.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. ELIGIBILITY, AGE & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

1.1 Age Requirement

Lovelane VIP is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally permitted to use dating, matchmaking, AI educational, and e-commerce services in your jurisdiction

1.2 False Information

Providing false age, identity, or eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

1.3 Regional Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, VERIFICATION & SECURITY

2.1 Account Creation

To access Lovelane VIP, you must create a personal account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2.2 Single-Account Policy

Each user may maintain only one personal account. Duplicate, shared, or impersonated accounts are prohibited.

2.3 KYC & Identity Verification

For safety, fraud prevention, and trust, Lovelane VIP may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including identity documents and selfie verification. Failure to complete verification may restrict access.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Lovelane VIP is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. MODULE-SPECIFIC TERMS

3.1 DATING MODULE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1.1 Scope of Dating Services

The Dating Module enables users to:

  • Create profiles
  • Swipe to express interest or disinterest
  • Join interest-based groups
  • Match through mutual interest
  • Communicate only after mutual liking

3.1.2 Profile Authenticity

You agree to:

  • Upload genuine, recent photos
  • Provide truthful personal information
  • Represent yourself accurately

Fake profiles, impersonation, or misleading content are prohibited.

3.1.3 User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Lovelane VIP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt, and distribute such content solely to operate and improve the App.

3.1.4 Content Restrictions

You must not upload content that is:

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Violent, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
  • Fraudulent or misleading
  • Infringing intellectual property rights

3.1.5 Messaging & Interactions

Messaging is enabled only after mutual matching. You must not:

  • Harass or manipulate others
  • Request or share financial or sensitive information
  • Solicit money, services, or investments

3.1.6 Offline Meetings

Any offline interaction occurs at your own risk. Lovelane VIP does not conduct background checks and does not guarantee user behavior.

3.2 MATCHMAKING MODULE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.2.1 Automated Matchmaking

Matches are generated solely by an automated algorithm using your preferences (age, country, interests, relationship type).

No human or admin manually selects matches.

3.2.2 No Guarantees

Lovelane VIP does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility
  • Successful matches
  • Accuracy of user-provided information

3.2.3 User Responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating matches and interactions and must follow all safety guidelines.

3.3 AI EDUCATIONAL COACH – TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.3.1 Purpose

The AI Educational Coach provides general educational guidance only, including:

  • Confidence and grooming
  • Communication and etiquette
  • Emotional awareness
  • Respect and boundaries

3.3.2 No Professional Advice

The AI Coach:

  • Is not a therapist, doctor, or counselor
  • Does not diagnose mental or emotional conditions
  • Does not provide crisis or emergency support

3.3.3 Data Processing & Third Parties

User responses may be processed by:

Processing is limited strictly to generating educational guidance. No data is sold or used for advertising.

3.3.4 AI Limitations

AI responses may be generalized, incomplete, or inaccurate. Decisions based on AI output are solely your responsibility.

3.4 ONLINE GIFT DELIVERY MARKETPLACE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.4.1 Marketplace Role

Lovelane VIP acts solely as a technology platform. All physical gift orders are fulfilled by Ace of Hearts Gift Baskets and their logistics partners.

3.4.2 Third-Party Fulfillment

Delivery timelines, coverage areas, and restrictions are governed by the fulfillment partner:

Lovelane VIP does not control delivery operations.

3.4.3 Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe:

Lovelane VIP does not store or access card details.

3.4.4 Data Sharing Consent

By placing an order, you consent to sharing delivery information with the fulfillment partner solely for order processing.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

The App interacts with the following third-party services:

These third parties operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Links are provided for transparency and reference only. Lovelane VIP does not control third-party practices.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES (ALL MODULES)

You may not:

  • Harass, abuse, stalk, or threaten others
  • Share explicit, hateful, or illegal content
  • Impersonate any person
  • Solicit money or services
  • Misuse AI or Marketplace features
  • Circumvent security or payment systems

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

6. SAFETY, MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT

Lovelane VIP uses:

  • Automated moderation systems
  • User reporting tools
  • Manual reviews where required

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovelane VIP is not liable for:

  • User behavior or interactions
  • Emotional or personal outcomes
  • AI-generated guidance
  • Third-party services (payments, delivery, AI APIs)
  • Offline meetings or transactions

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the App.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming County, NY
