End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

1.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use:

• Dating Module
• Swipe & Matching System
• Groups Feature
• Global Matchmaking
• AI Educational Coach
• Marketplace features

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement

Minors are strictly prohibited.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You MUST NOT:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the App
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools
• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Interfere with App functionality or security

3. Modules Covered Under This Agreement

This EULA applies to ALL Lovelane VIP modules described below.

3.1 Dating Module

The Dating Feature provides:

• Swipe functionality
• Profile viewing
• Mutual-like matching
• Profile visibility
• Chat access only after mutual consent
• Profile reporting, blocking, and account deletion tools

Users remain responsible for:

• Their behavior
• Their interactions
• The accuracy of their profiles

Lovelane VIP is not responsible for user behavior inside or outside the App.

3.2 Global Matchmaking Feature (Automated)

The Matchmaking Feature offers curated or algorithmic match suggestions based on:

• Age preferences
• Countries
• Interests
• Lifestyle choices
• User-selected filters

Matchmaking Rules:

• Matches are generated algorithmically
• No human/admin intervention
• No guarantee of outcomes or compatibility
• Messaging is allowed only after mutual interest

You agree NOT to:

• Misrepresent yourself
• Attempt to manipulate algorithmic results
• Harass or pressure other users
• Submit sensitive or inappropriate data

Matchmaking provides general guidance only and is not professional advice.

3.3 Groups Feature

Users may join interest-based groups to discover profiles of similar individuals.

Group Rules:

• Only profiles of the same interest group are visible
• No messaging unless both users like each other
• Violations may result in account termination

3.5 AI Educational Coach

The AI Coach:

• Asks guided questions
• Provides personalized educational responses on confidence, grooming, etiquette, boundaries, and emotional awareness
• Is NOT a therapist, counselor, or professional advisor
• Should not be relied upon for medical, psychological, legal, or emergency decisions

AI Limitations:

• AI may generate incomplete or inaccurate responses
• AI cannot provide crisis support
• Users must avoid submitting sensitive or unnecessary personal information

3.6 Global Gift Delivery Marketplace

The Marketplace enables users to order and send physical gift items globally.

Marketplace Rules:

• All payments processed via Stripe
• Lovelane VIP does NOT store credit card data
• Delivery timelines depend on third-party courier services
• Lovelane VIP is not responsible for delays, availability, or delivery failures
• Users must verify delivery regions before ordering

You agree to abide by the Delivery Policy https://www.aceofheartsgiftbaskets.com/hamper-delivery-policy and Terms found on the partner's website.

3.7 KYC & Verification

For user safety, Lovelane VIP requests identity verification:

• Government-issued ID
• Selfie verification
• Age confirmation

KYC is used strictly for:

• Fraud prevention
• Safety
• Authenticity verification

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that refuse verification. Accounts that fail identity verification may have limited functionality, be temporarily restricted, or be permanently suspended at Lovelane VIP's discretion.

3.8 User-Generated Content (UGC)

UGC includes:

• Photos
• Bios
• Profile information
• Messages (when enabled)
• Swipe interactions

UGC Rules:

• You must NOT upload sexual, pornographic, violent, or hateful content
• Content promoting harassment or discrimination
• Fake or stolen photos
• Misleading or harmful information

You grant Lovelane VIP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your UGC within the App.

We reserve the right to remove any UGC that violates guidelines.

4. Safety & Behavior Rules

Users must:

• Be respectful
• Avoid harassment
• Never pressure or manipulate others
• Follow consent-based communication
• Meet only in public places if meeting offline
• Never share financial or sensitive information

We may ban users for violations.

5. Payments & Subscriptions (If added)

5.1 Physical Products

Physical product purchases (Marketplace) use Stripe. Apple IAP is not required for physical goods.

5.2 Digital Services

If Lovelane VIP introduces paid dating features, those purchases must follow Apple In-App Purchase system. External payments for digital services are prohibited.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of this EULA
• Fake KYC or identity misuse
• Harassment, threats, or abuse
• Uploading harmful or illegal content
• Misusing groups, AI coach, or matchmaking
• Fraudulent activity

Users may delete their account at any time. Upon account deletion, personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of Lovelane VIP is also governed by the Lovelane VIP Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, AI processing, marketplace data sharing, KYC storage, and your rights to delete data.

"All identity verification and profile reviews are conducted internally by Lovelane VIP's authorized administrative team. No third-party verification vendors are used for KYC processing."

8. Third-Party Integrations

The App interacts with Ace of Hearts Gift Delivery API, Stripe Payment Gateway, cloud hosting providers, AI processing services, and analytics tools.

9. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee successful matches, AI accuracy, delivery timelines, continuous uptime, profile authenticity, or user behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovelane VIP is not liable for user interactions, offline harms, AI-generated errors, delivery failures, payment issues, user content, or emotional outcomes. Use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

12. Modifications to the EULA

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
